Gift cards are delivered by email and also sent out in the post. They contain a specific code to redeem them at checkout online in our stores. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. 

Gift certificates used in the Online Store must be used in full. If the gift certificate is not redeemed in full, the balance of the gift certificate will be issued in the form of a credit note. This credit note will be emailed to the purchaser and can be used in any IXIAH store, including online, and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the original gift certificate.
