All IXIAH styles are original. They are hand drawn from a sketch and worked on by our designer in Sydney Australia. Every piece has custom fabrications that are made originally for IXIAH, all our prints are designed by us for us, every embroidery design is created by our designer and starts with a drawing. Our patterns and first samples/toiles are all made here in Australia before being manufactured by one of the top manufacturers in China who produce only top high-end designer quality styles. Every IXIAH piece is made by hand, it is made by well-paid professionals and all our makers are registered and accredited.

Clothing:
This is a very delicate fabric and/or has hand beading. To clean we suggest you cold hand wash this piece. Do not bleach. Do not soak or wring or tumble dry. Drip dry in the shade. Do not iron or cool iron with a cloth over the fabric. Beads are not to be soaked or wet as they can fade or lose colour. Dry cleanable.

Accessories & Adornments:
This is a very delicate and handmade piece. To clean just wipe with a damp cloth.

SHIPPING PROCESS

We ship using Sendle a courier service within Australia. All International orders are sent using TNT. Both services allow you to track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Shipping costs:
- Standard shipping Australia wide: $15.00AUD (free for purchases over $250 AUD)
- International courier with tracking number: $35.00AUD

Important Notes:
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched. For international customers, TAX is not included in the product price and it's the buyer's responsibility to take care of the destination countries import TAX & VAT if it’s occurred

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped within 24 hours. Deliveries within Australia take anywhere from 1- 10 days. International deliveries take from 3-20 days. Any delivery date or time specified by our courier services is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

OWNERSHIP & RISK

Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
